• Analyze market research data, identify gaps in product portfolio, draft and present proposal for new product launch, execute launch plan in order to launch new products to increase market share.
• Scan external and internal environment, draft marketing plan, build KOL, in order to achieve the market share, sales targets and profits.
• Design and pre-test promotional tools along with PMT team, sell and educate promotional strategy to field force, monitor and review promotions in order to drive market share and sales in the allocated products.
• Analyze training needs, liaise with Training/Medical Team, design and conduct training programs in order to upgrade field skills in both product knowledge and sales skills.
• Liaise with operation team to explore opportunities and avenues to reduce cost of tests in order to improve profit contribution.
• Identify and analyze local requirements, liaise with CBH and HO develop local marketing strategies, align with national plan, assist in execution of the strategies in order to meet local marketing needs.
• Provide Medical support to - Marketing and Sales (visual aids, quiz, clinics i.e. Book, Patient information leaflet, flowchart of the disease, therapy)
KOL & Customer Management
• Getting leaders insight on the new product and providing key drivers for the growth to the marketing department.
• Engaging KOL all over India for taking Doctor meeting on the behalf of the company.
• Handling Doctors queries with regard to product.
• Provide medical information support to customers related to the therapeutic area.
CME & Workshop
• Dr. Meeting/CME/RTMs.
• Workshop at various Super-Specialty segment
