Pre-Requisites
Provide Detailed Clinical History (Mandatory) Collect Whole Blood In 3.2 % Sod. Citrate (blue Top Vacutainer): Store Sample Along With Cool Pack And Transport To NRL Within 4 Hours Of Collection. For Out-station Samples : 1. Prepare Platelet Poor Plasma (PPP) Within 1 Hour Of Collection. Centrifuge Citrated Blood At 35rpm For 15 Minutes. Separate Plasma Into A Plain Screw Capped Vial. Platelet Count Should Be Less Than 1x1^3/µL. 2. Freeze At – 2°C With Dry Ice. 3. Ship Immediately In Dry Ice
