Overview

The National Reference Lab which is located in Gurugram, is manned by the faculty of highly qualified and experienced Doctors committed to mentor a team of Doctors, Scientists, Technicians and Phlebotomists. It is spread across 40000 sqft and has state-of-the-art equipment from the most reputed equipment manufacturers from the USA, Germany, Switzerland, Japan, France, Italy etc. The National Reference Lab, Gurgaon was launched on 11th August’2017 and has been accredited by National Accreditation Board of Laboratories (NABL) within a short span of time.

This Lab can undertake all kinds of tests under one roof, whether these pertain to Clinical Chemistry, Haematology & Blood Coagulation Studies, Infectious Diseases or Auto Immune Disorders, Surgical and Anatomic pathology, IHC, Tumour Markers, Chemiluminescence, Flow- Cytometry, Radio Immunoassays, Micro-Biology including Rapid Mycobacterial Culture, Cytogenetics & Molecular Diagnostics including Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR). Pathkind has over 3500 tests in its’ repertoire and undertakes all kinds of tests, whether Routine, Semi- Specialized or Specialized/ Esoteric.

Pathkind is committed to provide the best quality services and has a dedicated QA team, whose focus is on ensuring that the best practices and quality norms are adhered to by our Labs and Collection Centres through periodic audits and quality checks. The quality team reports directly to the Managing Director.
Quality Training Programs
In keeping with the dynamism of the Diagnostics industry, it is imperative for the team to remain fully abreast on the knowledge front in their respective domains. Each and every incumbent who joins Pathkind is imparted 12- 15 days’ residential induction, orientation and training despite the fact that all of them are highly qualified (Doctors/ Scientific Officers/ Sales Champions etc) and skilled professionals.
NRL Accreditations
All the Labs at Pathkind are enrolled in external quality assurance programs and follow the guidelines of NABL and CAP. In less than three years of operations, 13 labs have received the accreditation/ recognition from top body in the country and many are under process for getting accredited.
