Collect specimen preferably 48 hours after dialysis. Doctor's prescription on the letter head with 1 photograph each of recipient and donor duly stamped AND Consent form for HLA Typing for Solid organ transplant (Form 33) is mandatory.

Sample Type
6 mL (3 mL min.) whole blood in 1 Yellow Top (ACD) tube AND 3 mL (2 mL min.) Serum from 1 SST AND 4 mL ( 2 mL min.) whole blood in 1 Lavender top (EDTA) tube.
