Detailed Clinical History, Copies Of Previous Relevant Cytology/ Histopathology Reports, All Relevant Radiological Investigation Reports And Treating Oncologist/Surgeon Contact Details For Relevant Case Discussion Are Mandatory Along With TRF.For Any FDPs On Bone Marrow Biopsy Specimens, Peripheral Blood Counts, Peripheral Blood Smears And Bone Marrow Aspirate Smears Are Additionally Mandatory
