Amniotic fluid in a sterile screw-capped container and whole blood EDTA of Mother. Sample to be collected under strict aseptic precautions. Ship refrigerated immediately. CVS samples to be collected in Sterile Normal Saline. Specimen must reach within 48 hours. Duly filled Form G is mandatory.
