16th Working day if MGIT Positive tube is provided as sample; 5- 8weeks if Sputum/ BAL is provided as the original sample (Since NGS testing can only commence after the MGIT culture turns positive)

1) Culture Positive Sample (+ve MGIT tube) needs to be provided 2) If Sputum or BAL Samples are being sent, TB/AFB Culture, MGIT (MI46) also needs to be booked. NGS Testing will start after the Sample turns culture Positive.
